Shipping Policy

At DIJ, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

  • During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary by carrier)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, DIJ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier.

  3. Reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

DIJ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Shipping rates, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
